Shedeur Sanders from Colorado just dropped his debut single, “Perfect Timing.”
Last summer, Sanders gave us a sneak peek of his song. His dad, Deion Sanders, who’s a football legend and the head coach at Colorado, had something to say about it too.
Sanders, now a senior QB, is in his second year playing for Colorado. Before that, he spent two seasons at Jackson State, where his dad coached. Then they both moved over to the Buffaloes.
In Sanders’ debut season, Colorado improved to 4-8 from a rough 1-11. He threw for 3,230 yards and 27 touchdowns with just three interceptions.
Colorado made a splash with a 3-0 start but stumbled in Pac-12 games, ending up last in the conference with a 1-8 record.
Colorado’s back in the Big 12, aiming to do even better than last year. They’re back where they feel at home, ready to step up their game.
Sanders is keeping tabs on the NFL. The latest mock draft from B/R has him potentially heading to the Pittsburgh Steelers at 14th pick.
