Evan Jacobson, a Class of 2026 tight end, shared today that he received an offer from Colorado football after talking with TE coach Brett Bartolone.
According to 247Sports, Jacobson, a 6’7″, 220-pound junior from Waukee High in Iowa, made six catches for 91 yards and two touchdowns last season.
For the 2026 class, 247Sports lists Jacobson as the No. 7 tight end in the country and the second-best player in Iowa.
Some other major teams interested in Jacobson are Penn State, Auburn, Florida State, Ohio State, and LSU.
Jacobson’s older brother, Michael, played basketball in college for Nebraska and Iowa State, and now he’s a practice squad tight end for the New Orleans Saints.
