Travis Hunter, the Colorado Buffaloes‘ standout two-way player, has partnered with United Airlines in a new NIL deal. Announcing it on X, Hunter joked, “Just a reminder that Travis Hunter can play whatever position is needed.” While details aren’t public, Hunter will appear in various ads and social media campaigns for the airline.
The partnership between Hunter and United Airlines started after Colorado’s impressive 2023 season opener against TCU. Travis Hunter’s performance as both a wide receiver and cornerback caught attention, with head coach Deion Sanders joking about Hunter’s need for recovery. Sanders’ lighthearted comment about a hot tub on the plane led to United Airlines reaching out and forming the collaboration.
Hunter is one of the leading prospects for the 2025 NFL Draft, with his dual-threat abilities making him a top contender for the No. 1 overall pick. For now, he’s focused on helping the Buffaloes win as they face Nebraska this Saturday (7:30 p.m. ET on NBC).
