In the Buffaloes’ 2024 season opener, Shedeur Sanders threw a 41-yard touchdown to Hunter, putting Colorado ahead 7-3 against North Dakota State.

Hunter’s strong start to his second season with the Buffaloes included 57 catches for 721 yards and five touchdowns, plus 30 tackles and three interceptions on defense. Despite his impressive individual stats, Colorado finished with a 4-8 record.
The Buffaloes rejoined the Big-12 in 2024, aiming to become strong contenders, but first, they need to secure a win against the formidable Bison.
